RETURN POLICY

Thank you for
your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if
you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to product defect or an
unanticipated reaction to the product, you may return it to us in
exchange for another product. Please see below for more information
on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must
be postmarked within 59 days of the purchase date. All returned items
must be either defective or believed to have caused an unanticipated
reaction and must have at least ¾ of the product remaining. We do
not take back products that do not deliver the level of results you
expected or are returned due to buyer’s remorse. We will exchange
purchases for another similarly priced product, but we do not do any
monetary refunds for purchased products.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a
return, you must first email us at [email protected]
for a return authorization code. Please include in the initial email
your reason for the return (detailed explanation of the defective
product or the reaction you believe it caused) and confirm that there
is at least ¾ of the product remaining. We will email you back an
authorization code and Return Form to complete if approved to return
the product. Complete the Return Form in its entirety. Please be sure
to place the item securely in its original packaging with the Return
Form on which you will indicate the similarly priced product you
would like in exchange for the returned product. The customer will
pay to ship the returned product to the office and the office will
pay to ship the requested product in exchange to the customer. The
office will first determine if the similarly priced item is approved
for the exchange, and we will communicate any unapproved and
alternatively suggested items for the exchange by email.

over 60 days ago are not eligible for exchange or return.
